Who we are
Sesimbra Properties Ltd is a lettings agency registered in England and Wales, company number 16641339, with its registered office at Flat 4 Kelfield Court, 1-13 Kelfield Gardens, London, W10 6NS. We are the controller of the personal data described below.
What we collect, and why
We collect identity, contact, financial, tenancy and referencing data – for example, the details on an application, the documents referencing produces, and the records a tenancy generates. We collect it to assess an application, to perform a tenancy, and to meet our legal duties on deposit protection and right to rent.
Who we share it with
Only as the tenancy requires: referencing providers, tenancy deposit schemes, contractors attending the property, utilities, and our professional advisers. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Financial records are kept for six years after the tenancy ends. Referencing records are kept only as long as the application or tenancy requires, and then disposed of securely.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for correction, for erasure, for restriction of processing, or object to processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise any right, write to the office address or email Bookings@sesimbraproperties.co.uk.
