Why we exist
Sesimbra Properties Ltd was set up to run lettings properly on both sides of the agreement. We are based in West London and work with landlords who want their property let to someone who can pay for it, and with tenants who want to know exactly what they are signing.
Our view of the job is straightforward. A rental is not finished when the advert goes live or when the tenant moves in. It is finished when the deposit has been dealt with correctly, the paperwork is complete, and both parties know where they stand. Most of what goes wrong in lettings goes wrong in the parts nobody photographs – the referencing, the certificate dates, the deposit paperwork – so that is where we spend our time.
We keep our instructions small enough to handle personally. That means you deal with the people doing the work rather than a call queue, and it means we will decline a property if we cannot market it honestly.
