What we list, and why

Because availability moves quickly, we publish the property type, the area, the number of bedrooms and the rent band rather than a fixed address – and we confirm the full details when you enquire. That way you are not reading a listing that was taken two weeks ago.
Each property on our books is visited before it goes live. We check the room measurements, the condition of the kitchen and bathroom, the heating, and whether the photographs we take actually match the space. If something is wrong with the property, we would rather find it before you do.
